Well if she wants to try something new and is pretty set on that, you just need to let her do that. If you stay together, those feelings might build up and cause turmoil in your relationship. I think you should take a break so she can figure out her own sexuality. For the record: I personally don’t think you need to be with a boy to figure out that you are into girls.
