Well it sounds like she’s still putting effort into the relationship by continuing to skype and communicate with you, so I don’t think she’s had enough of you. If she had stopped putting in time to talk to you I’d think more of it. Distance in a relationship is really hard, so I find it more likely that there are problems because of that. I think you should talk to her about it. Maybe you two can try some new things so it feels like you’re together. Like watching a movie at the same time or having a dinner date over skype.
